I brought my 2007 BMW in for oil leaks and tappet noises. They took care of these and I later took it in for water pump replacement. I have had several issues that mechanic Trevor took care of. Will continue to use their services.

I've been doing business with Southend for 30 years. I keep coming back because they are honest and they have integrity. Mark once told me to take the large amount of repair money and put it down on a newer car. Who does that? As a single woman I can count on truthful analysis of the problem of my car and a fair price.

Excellent work on both my girlfriend's car and mine. Took my Challenger in for a simple brake/clutch fluid flush and a general diagnostic and hers for strange noises coming from the wheels. The guys on the phone and in person were very professional and helped out a lot. Even looked at some aftermarket parts I asked them to specifically inspect for proper function. Had the car back in just a few hours. Really like the email system they use for what they find during the inspection and the clarity they used at the end when going over what they found. Will definitely be bringing my car there when needed.

Read the reviews on South Sound Auto, stopped in to see if they could help. It was perfect they knew what the car needed and more. They brought a 37 year old garage queen back to life as a daily driver for my son. They basically went through the entire car from front to back. When done I looked closely at the work performed and being somewhat of a perfectionist I was pleased with their work. The bottom line, I trusted them with a 37 year old car and they came through.

These folks do excellent work. The steering column on my Kia Soul was pretty much destroyed when someone stole my car. Southend Auto Care worked with my insurance company, and with Kia for the replacement parts, to make sure everything was taken care of, and my car was back to me as soon as humanly possible.
