I recently had trouble starting my 2013 Audi for a few weeks and after visiting another service center without any luck, I decided to try SouthendAuto. To my delight, they conducted a thorough inspection and identified the issue as a faulty relay, which they promptly replaced in just a couple of hours. However, what impressed me even more than their speedy and efficient service was the way they interacted with customers. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home and was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Overall, my experience with SouthendAuto was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch auto repairs and excellent customer service.

5 out of 5 stars! This place is awesome!! I broke down on the side of the road on a Friday. They let me store my vehicle at the shop even though I was told they probably couldn’t look at it until Tuesday. Midday Monday I got a call that they already found the problem and parts were on their way. By Tuesday my vehicle was finished and ready for pick up. Staff is very friendly and get the work done in a timely matter. If I ever need any other work done on my vehicle this is definitely the shop I will be using. Thank you so much Southend auto care!!

5 out of 5 stars! This place is awesome and I will recommend to everyone. I broke down on the side of the road on a Friday. I found this shop on the side of the road and got my vehicle towed there. I spoke with sam who told me he would store it at the shop over the weekend. He told me he they were busy and would probably be able to look at it the following Tuesday. Monday midday he called and had already figured out the problem and had parts on the way. By Tuesday my car was completely fixed and ready to be picked up. They are extremely friendly and very speedy with their work. If I ever need any other work done this will be the shop I use.

After numerous problems came up since taking my truck to another place (long story, but they are not in business anymore), My engine had blown and had to be replaced. Southend Auto Care is undeniably the best place I have taken my truck to in many years. While other places have balked at working on my F-150 Ecoboost, the guys here are very competent experts in the auto field. They care enough to require a 1000 mile follow up. I highly recommend this shop.

Great customer service. I was surprised how thorough they were when looking over the vehicle and was impressed but all the pictures and details they provided. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and from how other customers interacted with them they know their customers for real and it’s not just a car driving in with a price tag. Definitely will be bring both my vehicles to them again if something unfortunate happens.

Sam is great! He was able to get my issue fixed swiftly and kept in touch with updates and when the parts needed would arrive. Definitely will come back for future needs on my Diesel-Engine Chevy Cruze. Price for repairs was also excellent compared to competitors
