An emergency breakdown caused me to have my Toyota towed to SE Auto, and the next day the mechanics diagnosed and fixed the problem. What prompt service! A regular customer at Mark Hanson's shop, I have never been disappointed with their work. Because of a Thursday emergency job, I was able to leave town on Friday for a 750 mile trip. At my destination now, the car performed as well as it has, mostly because of South End Maintenance and Service.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Southend Auto Care for over 20 years. They are always great, and we trust them, which is so important. Today, my car didn't start before I left for work. I gave them a call, was told they would be able to fit me in, and an hour later, my battery had been tested, determined to need replacing, replaced, and I was on my way. They care about their customers here, and they know that good service is what keeps us coming back! We can't recommend them highly enough, so if you are new to the area, or looking for a change, this is the place to take your car when it needs some maintenance or repair!

I have brought two of our Subarus to Southend Auto Care for a variety of services and have always been very satisfied with their quality of work and customer service. Prices are very fair especially compared to anything from a dealership. And best of all if you are in need of a loaner vehicle or a ride they are happy to help. Overall a great group of local mechanics who treat you with respect and do great work to keep your vehicles rolling.

My clutch went out a little over a mile from the shop. I had gotten a few quotes but no one could get my car in for 2 weeks. I even had one shop tell me they weren't too familiar with installing clutches. I called Southend. Sam got me all the info I needed and his quote was a little less than the others. Sam told me to tow my car down to the shop same day (even stayed late to get my car in secured in the gates as it was later in the evening). The following morning Mark called me saying he tested my car and only heard a noise. I told Mark about how the entire incident went down and he said he'd get it all taken care of. Mark also took the time to really listen and understand what happened. Sam kept me in the loop throughout the repairs and my car was back on the road in 3 days. My final bill was less than I was quoted. If I'm ever in a jam again and need a shop, this is the shop I'll be returning to. Great job guys!!!

A staff member was sick and unavailable to provide shuttle service, but rather than reschedule the appointment, Southend Auto Care paid for an Uber ride. This is on top of providing their normal excellent work in the shop. Very grateful.
