I got extended warranty on my car, and my thermostat wasn't working right, but when I can to the dealership, they said everything works correctly and didn't want to fix anything, but when I came to southend they were able to see the problem and helped me. The customer service and professionalism is on top!

Thieves tried to steal my catalytic convertor but they did not get it though they got it partially disconnnected and they were able to salvage the part and get me back up and running in one day AND at a reasonable rate. Have used them for years and they are my GO TO place. Recommend without reservation.

They were very nice and let me know that I didn't need a part for my window it was just off the track so all I had to do was pay for labor. I think that was very honest. . I will return if I have any more problems with my car.

These guys are absolutely FIRST CLASS!! Unlike any Auto Repair Shop I’ve ever been to. Mark and Sam were so courteous on the phone and in person that I felt like I was dealing with family members and not an Auto Repair place. Trevor was amazing as he diagnosed my rear axel noise and actually cut my repair cost by half! Getting to talk to Caleb as he drove me home and picked me up in the courtesy shuttle was an extra treat. This business is a true class act. I’ve never been treated so well!

Let me start by saying My experience with this shop was amazing. After having such bad experience with another shop for my RZR, that I'm still struggling with after almost 6 months of having my machine. it was a treat to come here. First of all, Sam at the front was amazing, really takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is going on with your vehicle. Sam was on top of it. calling me whenever there was a status change with my vehicle. Never did once have to worry about what was going on with my vehicle, I was always aware of what was happening which puts my mind at ease. He was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. I did end up having to take my car back a couple times after words just for follow up repairs (Not going to be perfect every time) and they took care of me right away every time. My vehicle ultimately returned to me in better working condition than when I bought the thing LOL! They even took time to repair small things I didn't even mention anything about. When I got my car back the owner even reached out to me to make sure I was happy with my car. These guys hit the mark with everything... I cant really put into words how wonderful it was to have such a quick, diligent, professional crew servicing my vehicle. 10 outta 10 Highly recommend this place to anyone, they will take good care of you.
