I was told my car would be done in one day, but the mechanic accidentally broke a part that had to brought in from Portland. So next day it didn't get done and on the third day, Sam said it would be ready by 11 and I went up there at 11 and it wasn't ready till after 1pm. They were nice and gave me a discount on the service. I guess my biggest complaint was on the misinformation about when it would be ready. The repairs were great and the people are alway friendly.
