Since moving to Tacoma, my partner and I needed a new auto shop and went to Southend Auto Care a couple weeks ago for routine maintenance on our 2017 Chevy Volt (it's a plug-in hybrid) because they already have great reviews on Yelp. I sent a request via their website and they scheduled my quickly for the next week. I checked in on time and the service was great. I had no idea if the car even needed any maintenance and they were honest and fast. Trevor was the technician who is apparently extremely knowledgeable with hybrid cars so I'm glad we found this shop. They worked quickly and provided a printout of diagnostics to show if anything would be needed in the near future. They also vacuumed the front floors for free which was a nice surprise because I needed to do that for some time. Very professional, friendly and great service all around!

Love the service, Lexus quoted $1,800 for my a/c repair. Sam was accommodating, gave me a loner which I appreciated and they got the parts from my Lexus dealership, installed for $999.50. I highly recommend them, they care about their customers.
