Excellent work on both my girlfriend's car and mine. Took my Challenger in for a simple brake/clutch fluid flush and a general diagnostic and hers for strange noises coming from the wheels. The guys on the phone and in person were very professional and helped out a lot. Even looked at some aftermarket parts I asked them to specifically inspect for proper function. Had the car back in just a few hours. Really like the email system they use for what they find during the inspection and the clarity they used at the end when going over what they found. Will definitely be bringing my car there when needed.

Read the reviews on South Sound Auto, stopped in to see if they could help. It was perfect they knew what the car needed and more. They brought a 37 year old garage queen back to life as a daily driver for my son. They basically went through the entire car from front to back. When done I looked closely at the work performed and being somewhat of a perfectionist I was pleased with their work. The bottom line, I trusted them with a 37 year old car and they came through.

These folks do excellent work. The steering column on my Kia Soul was pretty much destroyed when someone stole my car. Southend Auto Care worked with my insurance company, and with Kia for the replacement parts, to make sure everything was taken care of, and my car was back to me as soon as humanly possible. Great service, I went here to fix my car problem and they fixed it very quickly. I love the way they update me from time to time to know what's going on with my car. It was a good experience. They also assure me if ever the problem comes back just bring it to them and they will fix it with a 20k mile warranty. BTW the owner is awesome, a few days later after the repair was done, he checked on me to see hows the car doing. Wow, this owner loves his business and he wants to make sure that his customers are satisfied with their service. I will recommend this to everyone…
