South End found the ghost in my machine! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We’ve had an electrical gremlin haunting our Honda Pilot for years. It finally got bad enough to where it was tripping the anti-theft system, rendering the car undriveable. We were starting to think we’d be forced to shop for a new car when it’s a LOUSY time to be shopping for cars. Thankfully, South End came through by finding the short in the wiring that had evaded us for years. Such relief! If you’re looking for a good, honest ship, this is the one.

just moved to the area and got ripped off by another place that charged over a thousand dollars to not even figure out what was wrong with my jeep patriot. i had even had a couple mechanics drive it previously and tell me nothing was wrong. took it here and they knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. Sam was super friendly and knowledgeable. thank you SO much!

Wow, what a great experience (and we got are car fixed). Sam at the counter took the time to explain our adventure and outlined the cost. Everything was as explained and on-time and budget. Great communication and followup. We need more businesses like this in our community. When was the last time you had your car fixed and it was a wonderful experience? If it has been too long, try this place.

honest and trustworthy, did not charge me for any extra/unnecessary repairs, communicated with me the whole time, and had my car back to me quickly. Sam was especially friendly and helpful and I will be going out of the way to recommend this place to anybody in the area.

Very clean inside, they had fresh cut flowers. Straight to the point, no bull about how much it's going to cost for car's repair. They get you in and out and get your car worked on. Sam is awesome. Super cool guy. They offer coffee, cold water and even candy for my kid. Wonderful place, I highly recommend to take your vehicle if you have issues with air conditioning and I'm sure the other services they offer are superb as well.

Had them inspect a car because I was buying it from out of state. Sooo glad I did because it would of turned out to be a nightmare if I didn't.. I would of wasted over $25,000 dollars! ALWAYS get a car your looking at inspected and highly recommend Southend to do it. Almost didn't because the car had 7,000 miles so no matter what get your cars inspected! We broke down mid-day with no clue what happened but they were able to send us on our way within a few hours. The ignition coil had melted and we fully expected to be there for the day, when we got there though they were so kind and the whole place had a great atmosphere. They pushed us to the front and didnt give us any hassle. Truly made the expierence way less inconvenient than it already was!
