Been taking my vehicles here for 3+ years They go above and beyond at this place. I appreciate their honesty about car maintenance and repair time and costs.

This is the best shop I've found in the South Sound area. The whole team from Mark (owner) on down seems to really care about doing a good job. I find their prices to be reasonable and fair. They stand by their work. My only regret is that I didn't discover them until I'm moved to Milton. I highly recommend this shop.

Mark, Sam, Blaine and the highly skilled crew at Southend did a terrific job getting my Mazda back on the road after an accident requiring numerous repairs. I waited my turn and noticed many return customers. Some who did their own work and had these guys do stuff they did not want to do themselves. My son does my car work but he is out of the state working for a year. I had taken it to Honda. Was assessed a $$$. These guys found the real problem and fixed it. <$$. I felt confident mostly because my son recommended them and he is fussy. The other reason is I felt heard. I heard other people talking like neighbors over the fence. Repeat customers. Everyone at Honda was on guard. Other shops are vague. I have never been in any shop this caring. I already knew quite a lot about cars and they told me exactly what was going on and it made sense to me. I have already referred a friend. I have never wasted my time doing these on line reports. But I am sold on having them car for my car. If you need a shop for car work.. Just go in and see them. Then you will know

I brought my truck in to isolate a new noise that my truck began making. They were very thourough in their inspection and isolated it to my transmission. It was not the news that I wanted but I trust their evaluation based on my research prior. I have some big decisions to make going forward and I expect them to play a part in them. I've done my own repairs but am unable to anymore so after other flakey mechanics, I hope I have found a new go to. They care and follow up with you, making sure that you're satisfied with their service. Sam and Mark understand customer service and I will be back
