I have been bringing my truck and mustang here for years. This is the most honest shop, Mark has high standers for his employees, they have the best customer service anywhere (Sam) 🙂.

Great service. Their online system makes it easy to see the repairs your car may need and you can accept or deny the services easily. They are also available to call and chat about your vehicle if you need that too. Sam is a great worker who helped me with a smile. Would highly recommend.

I brought my 2016 Ford Explorer here after months of other mechanics not being able to diagnose the issue. The mechanics here were very thorough with the testing and trying to recreate the symptoms while being communicative the entire time. I finally felt like someone took me seriously and cared enough to actually find what was wrong. Will Highly recommend to others and I plan on returning if anything else goes wrong

Mark was great to answer our questions. We had a bad experience at the dealer and South End Auto Repair was so much better!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Would highly recommend this shop, i know a good amount about vehicles and do alot of work myself, but now that I have found this shop I may have some more free time on my hands, the staff was very kind, they kept me informed during the whole process, repairs and the quality is top tier. They were recommended to me by my mechanic who said they did quality work. They got me in right away, did a repair on an emissions leak and a few other things. Car has been running well since, no lights or anything having turned on. I've driven it about 500 miles since it was fixed and there has been no issue. They gave me a ride home while my car was being fixed and then stayed after because i ran late picking it up. I really appreciate the service they did. Thank you!
