Southend Auto Care saved the day for me. I'm from out of town and found myself stranded on I5. Southend stepped in and got me back on the road in a swift time. I'm sure they had to juggle a few things to make that happen. Not only was their timing ideal but they had expert knowledge about my vehicle make and ensured my vehicle was ready to be picked up with great care. Thank you Southend!

Very pleased with the results of the service from South end auto. They did excellent job and provided me with much relief after my car brakes were fixed and the heater blower motor was replaced. Also very happy to get my car back the same day. Overall amazing service, customer service and staff there.

I've had a coolant leak in my 2003 Ford focus for quite a while as well as a problem that I thought might be transmission. They got me in real quick and diagnosed my problems. Tightened a clamp for the coolant leak and found a different reason for the other problem, not my transmission. They fixed that and did an oil change and repaired the wiring to my license plate lamp. I'm very happy with what they did and with each of the workers that I spoke with. Very responsive and customer-oriented. I am definitely using them again for all my car repairs.

Great service. Their online system makes it easy to see the repairs your car may need and you can accept or deny the services easily. They are also available to call and chat about your vehicle if you need that too. Sam is a great worker who helped me with a smile. Would highly recommend.

I brought my 2016 Ford Explorer here after months of other mechanics not being able to diagnose the issue. The mechanics here were very thorough with the testing and trying to recreate the symptoms while being communicative the entire time. I finally felt like someone took me seriously and cared enough to actually find what was wrong. Will Highly recommend to others and I plan on returning if anything else goes wrong
