These guys are fantastic. My car needed an urgent repair (was not drivable and needed a tow) and they were able to service my car immediately. They gave me a car to use for free while mine was in the shop and had the major repair done within a day. It can feel pretty vulnerable going into a mechanic shop as a woman but I felt they were honest, kind, and explained things very thoroughly. Fair pricing as well. I would recommend them to anybody. This place has the best customer service, they are extremely thorough and reasonable.. I had a lot of work done on my Honda Accord and they took great care of me. Huge shout out to Sam and Blaine, you guys made my first experience with your company the best. I will be returning in the future for any and all maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you!

Had a knock sensor go bad. The fixed it quick. Also transmission service and oil change. Very professional and very knowledgeable

Good service, had diagnostic completed and oil change done. Might be a few dollars more than chain locations but they didn't shut around from giving me all the details of services and made sure I felt I was happy with the services provided when complete with a follow up call. Well worth it

South End auto was very nice to work with, they are very friendly and they got me right in for my appointment and they got the work done quickly and they are honest people and fair with the prices.

I had to get my brakes pads replaced and my transmission serviced. It was super easy to get an appointment within a few days and everyone was great to work with.
