I highly recommend the staff at Southend Auto Care. They are very reliable and cost-efficient. I've been taking my truck to them for years and they are always friendly, dependable, and proactive in getting my truck repairs completed. I especially like the "loaner car" option since I am unable to get to work with out a vehicle. When my parents came to town and had car issues, they took their truck to Southend Auto Care, and were taken care of in a quick manner.

You need to experience the service and trust available at Southend Auto Care to understand the importance of doing business with them. I have two elderly automobiles that are valued like pets. Mark and his staff at Southend Auto Care understand my cars and me (I am not easy). I could be easily bamboozled when it comes to car maintenance but that would not enter their mind. They understand their reputation is everything. They have received my business for many years and I have confidently recommended them to others. Enough, just do yourself and your car a favor to get acquainted.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule. Offers shuttle or car to use if long repairs. Friendly. Drinks and snacks available while you wait. Reasonably priced and explains what the service is, shows you the part/repair. I feel very comfortable with them.

I couldn't get in to my usual mechanic so I tried south end for a check engine light. Mike was great. He explained how they figure out what the car needs and let me know how urgent the problems were. He didn't try to make it sound worse than it was or talk me into doing a repair. I will absolutely use south end again.

I have found this shop to very honest and trustworthy. I use them for all of my repairs and maintenance. If you are looking for a shop for your car I would certainly recommend Southend Auto. The free loaner car is an added bonus.

I contacted Mark late on Thursday a told him about the problems I was having, he told me that I could drop it off Friday morning. Unfortunately I had some personal issues that I had to take care of and unable to leave my car that Friday. It actually took me to the following Tuesday till I was able to drop my car off. They were very good about working around my schedule. The customer service is blue chip from Mark the owner Mike the service manager and Matt the shuttle driver. I do have to say that you only problem I had was in regards to a diagnostic charge that I felt was a little unclear. Mark found out that I felt the charge for the diagnostic was Bogus, and that other than that the service and work was excellent. When Mark found out about my disappointment he contacted and apologized f the misunderstanding about the charges. He offered to refund the $45.00. which was very fair. I also got a oil change which I believe was very fair for a top of the line synthetic $69.00 Kendall great oil. Commicate and be upfront with these folks. Thank you Mark for stepping up beyond my expectations. Feel safe going to Southend they are fair and trustworthy. Peace of mind maintenance. Thanks again Mark Mike and Matt

Southend was extremely professional and considerate. We found ourselves here after a horrible purchase at a used car dealership (Wild West Car Sales in Seattle) and the vehicle literally broke down on the side of the highway less than an hour after we bought it. The team here was so helpful in getting us back up and running, and they were super understanding throughout everything. We would definitely use their services again.
