This was my first time going to Southend Auto Care and I am very impressed with their service. They are very honest and know what they are doing. They won't tell you something has to be fixed just to get your money. They even provided us with a shuttle service. Will surely come back. Thank you!!

I had a great experience here. Was able to get my breaks fixed for almost $200 cheaper than other auto care stores! Friendly, fast, and talked me through everything they did before they did it so I knew exactly what to expect.

Could have cleaned rear driver's side wheel of grease .being that this was a rear end assembly job and wheels had to be handled multiple times. I'm sure there was a lot of grease on technicians hand (gloves ).just part of the supply cost.truck is running. .still needs front end work.

2nd time using Southend Auto Care and will continue to do so. Friendly and courteous plus they even vacuumed my vehicle! It was pretty dirty and was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up.
