Steve said he had a concern with this business during this visit. He had a 10am appointment for a 2-hour visit. It turned out to be a 5-hour appointment when he was not seen until noon. He has recommended them and will share his concerns. He has been doing business with them for a lot of years and does appreciate them.

We had a wonderful experience at South End Auto Care! They were professional and friendly but what we liked best was their great customer service. They gave us fair quotes for parts, communicated with us in a timely manner, and gave us their full attention in the office when dropping off/picking up. I was very impressed.

He has a friend who works at the facility and prior to his employment with this business, he and this friend worked with each other at a competitive dealership. His friend told Steven the quality of work he has been doing is better than the actual dealership they were working at before. Mike is a very nice guy and has been very honest with him about what was wrong, what was being fixed and every step of the way in-between. This business did exactly what needed to be done and accepted some additional points he stated he thought might also need to be looked at. He was very, very satisfied and happy with the service because they are a good, honest bunch of people. He would recommend anyone to go there and will return again in the future when needed.

Jessica said they have always been good. They do the service at a decent price and usually within the promised time.

Mike and his techs do a great job to solve problems without costing you a arm and a leg. They found that I had a bad rubber plug and not a more costly seal leak.

Josh said everything at this business was handled really well. He did not have any issues with anything and they did everything he needed. He is not sure but he might be going back soon to address some noises he is hearing in his vehicle.
