Bruce said the business did good work, but they took longer with the service than he expected. However, they provided a reason for the long wait. He will be returning because his dash was taken out, but some of the functions are not working.

She has recommended several of her friends to them and they have had the same experiences she has always had. Her son originally referred her to them and she has absolutely no complaints about them. She wishes other facilities would take lessons from this business, in order to know the right way to conduct themselves. She just visited them recently and they did not let her down. They are always both so concerned and sincere. She likes the way they do business.

Damon said he had them check out a few things and he really appreciates the price he was charged. They were also very honest about a leak that he did not have.

As in previous visits--I have been a Southend customer for decades--I received prompt service and experienced total satisfaction with work performed. Other customers I spoke with felt Mark's auto shop is the best. Mike, very personable and responsive to requests or questions, will do everything to see a customer is well taken care of.
