Their communication is seriously Top Notch! Really felt like I understood each step of the process, even if they can't find the "sound" that mysteriously has disappeared since I took it in. Lol. Not their fault.. these guys REALLY TRIED to find it. Lol. I trust them while heartedly in taking care of my car (my traveling office). Special thanks to Sam and Blaine making sure we knew each step of the way. Prices were fair, especially knowing they're taking great care of me through my vehicle!

A pleasant experience all around! My car broke down Tuesday morning, I called my dad then I called south end auto to get my car fixed. Sam is always friendly and relatable, we chat like my dad and I do which makes me feel like I’m right where I need to be! Sam was very transparent, paired alongside the estimate and service app/system there was no surprises, no guess work, just good honest work by good people. My car was up and running in a few hours after it was diagnosed and I approved the repairs online. I’ve had two check in messages from Mark (owner) since then to make sure the repairs are to my satisfaction! I drive a Mercedes E-350, the wonderful people at southend auto care have taken care of my car as if it were there own! I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you all!!!

This is a great place to bring you vehicle for all sorts of needed repairs! They are honest and quick and won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Mark and his team have worked on several of our vehicles- most recently our dodge ram with both brake and electrical issues. In and out- easy peasy and no surprises! they even offer local shuttle service. They continue to be my go to auto repair shop!

It was a pleasure dealing with Mark from Southend Auto Care. Customer service still exists! They repaired my 2007 Cadillac and it has been getting 2 mpg more since they installed and calibrated my replacement throttle pedal sensor / assembly. Mark followed up a week or so later just to see how the car was doing. Very impressed with how great they treat their Customers!
