I have been going to South End for 15+ years and have had phenomenal service each and every visit. Mark and his team truly go the extra mile for their customers and do little things that the average customer wouldn’t see. South End has always stood by their work and I trust them wholeheartedly with any vehicle I bring to them. Cannot recommend this company and team enough.

Very convenient. Went in for electrical work last week got my inspection & work done same day on my 2016 dodge & it was in & out at a very reasonable time & work was performed as should. Staff was nice & process was quick & easy. Thank you 🙏🏽

South End Auto Care and the gentleman there, have been taking care of my ‘87 760T Volvo with patience and grace. 🥲 When I say they’ve been able to bring my Frankenstein of a car BACK TO LIFE — I mean it.. they’ve done it when I thought nobody in Tacoma, or our surrounding areas for that matter, COULD! 😭 AND they did it without robbing me — all the work I needed to have done on my car to get it running, was affordable. They also offer financing options which is super helpful for bigger projects! They have made sure to inform me of any other problems they found while doing maintenance to my vehicle. I only recommend South End, to anyone with car problems, my friends, family, clients! Grateful for a group of individuals who enjoy what they do and take care of their people! Their communication is seriously Top Notch! Really felt like I understood each step of the process, even if they can't find the "sound" that mysteriously has disappeared since I took it in. Lol. Not their fault.. these guys REALLY TRIED to find it. Lol. I trust them while heartedly in taking care of my car (my traveling office). Special thanks to Sam and Blaine making sure we knew each step of the way. Prices were fair, especially knowing they're taking great care of me through my vehicle!

A pleasant experience all around! My car broke down Tuesday morning, I called my dad then I called south end auto to get my car fixed. Sam is always friendly and relatable, we chat like my dad and I do which makes me feel like I’m right where I need to be! Sam was very transparent, paired alongside the estimate and service app/system there was no surprises, no guess work, just good honest work by good people. My car was up and running in a few hours after it was diagnosed and I approved the repairs online. I’ve had two check in messages from Mark (owner) since then to make sure the repairs are to my satisfaction! I drive a Mercedes E-350, the wonderful people at southend auto care have taken care of my car as if it were there own! I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you all!!!
