Southend Auto is such a great and friendly place to get your car fixed! They have great communication skills (they'll call and update you, even sending photos) , good prices and their staff is super friendly especially the front desk man, Mark. I'll definitely be coming back for any of my car needs

They did a pre-inspection on a Honda that I ended up buying. They treat you well here and are very thorough, And even had free coffee and candy. This is my new favorite repair shop.

I've been going to mechanics for a while with different issues of different cars. I had and every time I used to get ripped off or I'm not satisfied but with south end auto care. These guys are awesome. They answer any questions. You have they explain the situation clearly so you could understand and they fix the problems. And they do it with care and understanding. I am coming back to these guys for the rest of the time. I have my vehicles. These guys are awesome very well, very good.Very thorough

This is a quality and trustworthy repair shop that can fix most issues in 1 to 2 days. Good communication if other work is needed and no high pressure sales tactics just straight forward facts. They offer free shuttle service and loaner cars when available. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Highly Recommend this repair facility.

Southend was great to work with! These guys don't miss a thing and they're upfront about what can ignored, what can be delayed, and what should be taken care of immediately. I took my old car in to take a look at a couple things and they ended up doing a full review of everything for peace of mind. The results weren't great (I expected that, I knew some issues already and they were 100% accurate) but they didn't try any fear tactics or anything, just stated the facts and let me make the decision on what to do next. No nonsense, a legit review of the vehicle, and good prices. I decided the old car wasnt worth the effort (again, no pushback or "hard sales" from them, they totally understood)...but if my main car ever has problems I'm definitely coming back to these guys.

These guys are fantastic. My car needed an urgent repair (was not drivable and needed a tow) and they were able to service my car immediately. They gave me a car to use for free while mine was in the shop and had the major repair done within a day. It can feel pretty vulnerable going into a mechanic shop as a woman but I felt they were honest, kind, and explained things very thoroughly. Fair pricing as well. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you for the great service! :)

This place has the best customer service, they are extremely thorough and reasonable.. I had a lot of work done on my Honda Accord and they took great care of me. Huge shout out to Sam and Blaine, you guys made my first experience with your company the best. I will be returning in the future for any and all maintenance on my vehicle. Thank you!
