I had a long-standing noise emanating from the engine compartment of my Porsche 911. I thought it had been addressed but came back. Sounded like I was dragging a line of tin cans. Porsche should never sound like that! Anyway, the specialist quickly determined the source and the fix without having to replace a very expensive part. (All Porsche parts are expensive.) A small welding fixed it. Also had filters replaced with an oil change as long as it was up on the lift. Porsche parts were very close at hand. Job complete in just over a couple of hours. She purrs again! VERY happy!😆

These guys are great! They let me know ASAP what was wrong with the car and the cost. The car was ready ON TIME… problem solved. I was looking for a place to do a pre inspection on a car we were looking to buy. They got me in and did the diagnostic while we waited. My little one got sick and threw up in her clothes and they gave us something for her to wear which as a mother was just amazing customer service. They gave us a run down of things that needed to be repaired and the cost and I was able to use that quote to negotiate the price of the car down a bit due to the things that needed fixing. We have scheduled a follow up to get these things repaired and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service and knowledge and helpfulness. If you need a new shop this is the one!!

I recently took my Subaru Outback in to assess a concerning sound. The entire team was very friendly and Trevor took great care of my car. I received an honest assessment and didn't feel pushed into anything my car didn't need. They also addressed the issue and left my car interior nice and clean as well. I am very happy with the service my car received at Southend Auto Care. I truly appreciated the honest communication and service, that it didn't feel like I was dealing with salespersons rather than technicians/mechanics. 🫶✌️ I had great customer service by the technician who received my initial call as well as the one who assisted me when I picked it up. Both answered the questions I had as well as gave advice that would help me with decisions I might need to make in the near future regarding my car. Additionally the follow up call from the owner, Mark, to check on how things are doing with my car since it was serviced was a wonderful surprise and reinforces the quality in which he runs his company and the care he has for his customers!
