A pleasant experience all around! My car broke down Tuesday morning, I called my dad then I called south end auto to get my car fixed. Sam is always friendly and relatable, we chat like my dad and I do which makes me feel like I’m right where I need to be! Sam was very transparent, paired alongside the estimate and service app/system there was no surprises, no guess work, just good honest work by good people. My car was up and running in a few hours after it was diagnosed and I approved the repairs online. I’ve had two check in messages from Mark (owner) since then to make sure the repairs are to my satisfaction! I drive a Mercedes E-350, the wonderful people at southend auto care have taken care of my car as if it were there own! I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you all!!!
