I am very happy with the service my car received at Southend Auto Care. I truly appreciated the honest communication and service, that it didn't feel like I was dealing with salespersons rather than technicians/mechanics. 🫶✌️ I had great customer service by the technician who received my initial call as well as the one who assisted me when I picked it up. Both answered the questions I had as well as gave advice that would help me with decisions I might need to make in the near future regarding my car. Additionally the follow up call from the owner, Mark, to check on how things are doing with my car since it was serviced was a wonderful surprise and reinforces the quality in which he runs his company and the care he has for his customers! I am so very grateful to my good friend who referred me to Southend Auto Care. I, in turn, will be referring to my people (family, friends), anyone who needs a great auto shop, to Southend Auto Care. These guys are awesome! My family was driving cross country and experienced a failed injector just 45 minutes into our trip. I had my truck towed into their shop and it was quickly repaired getting us back on the road making it down to Florida! Thank you Sam, Trevor, and Southend Auto Care!

Sam and Mark at Southend Auto Care were able to get my car into the shop in less than 24 hours for a diagnosis of my engine light. They were very helpful in finding what the issue with my car was and were able to get it fixed the next day! Drop off and pick up of my car was very easy and smooth! Southend Auto has been taking care of my 04 Prius, and they do an excellent job! Mark and his team truly go the extra mile for their customers even replacing the battery in the key fob. They are professional, thorough, and really take the time to make sure everything is in top shape. They have excellent communication regarding the work on my car. I highly recommend them.
