This is a trustworthy shop. This was the quickest turnaround time of getting my car back after taking it for service. My car was diagnosed and fixed the same day. Mark communicates very well and does not leave you hanging. Last time I had trouble, I took it to greg’s Japanese auto care and they had it for weeks and still didn’t fix the problem. I am very grateful to southend auto care!

First time customer. They got me in on short notice and successfully completed my transmission fluid change out on time . Will use them again for repairs and service in-the future.

We had just move to WA and needed some repair work done on one of our cars and after calling around and getting answering machines or a busy signal, this was the only company that called us back and asked us about our concern. They really do care about you the customer. This place is AMAZING!!! The staff is friendly and listen to what you have to say. They are professional and do the job "RIGHT" and if you are not sure of something, they take the time to explain in full what was done to your vehicle. In one case they changed a filter that I did not authorize and they graciously accepted the error and did not charge me. A true A+ experience. Would recommend to anyone!!! You guys are the best and have a customer for life!!!

I have never posted a review before. I highly recommend this place. I researched different auto repair businesses in the area and chose Southend Auto because of their website profile. I AM SO HAPPY I DID! The service was complete and very timely. They proved themselves to be honest and caring. This is my go to for my future care for my auto.

I was SO impressed by the service at Southend Auto Care. Sam went to battle with the warranty company that covers my vehicle, as they were (unsurprisingly) trying to nickel and dime over the cost of parts and whether or not sales tax was covered by the contract. Sam took care of everything, finished the repair in timely manner, and could not have been more friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back!

I can’t express how amazing Sam and Southend auto made my experience stress free and easy!!! I have a 2016 Hyundai Tucson that needed a new engine, Sam had talked me through the process every step of the way with clear and easy communication. They were extremely helpful, respectful, understanding and flexible! I’ve had several cars in my life and many different experiences with auto shops but Southend Auto honestly was the absolute best!! 10 / 10 I highly recommend!! Ask for Sam!! He’ll take care of you!!

I finally feel like I have found my forever mechanics! They never make me feel like I'm being taking advantage of (as a petite younger looking women, it is a common occurrence). They give honest incite, explain everything, work with my budget, and even give me advice and referrals to places they trust when I need other things taken care of for my car. They've even been known to throw in things, like steam cleaning my oily engine, for free during my service. So happy to have stumbled upon them and as long as I'm anywhere near this part of Washington, they will be my go to. I also refer anyone looking to them!
