I normally go to CarMax for service but they were closed. I had to schedule through CarMax and based on the reviews I read I selected Southend Auto care even though they weren’t the closest location to me. The staff was very nice and friendly. The service wasn’t fast I was there nearly 2 hours but it’s only because of the fact they were short staffed. Due to covid19, I can understand this. When reading reviews prior to this experience, a lot of people noted fast and friendly service. They did do a good job and I’m sure the service would have been faster if we weren’t in the pandemic that we are in. I wouldn’t have even scheduled this service but I still have to work and my car needed it. With that being said, I would highly recommend them still because they were knowledgeable and friendly. They apologized for the delay and kept me informed on my cars status. I appreciated that. I give them five stars!!! If I need work in the future, I will be bringing my car back to this location. I would also recommend their service to family and friends and anyone really who is looking for recommendations. It’s hard to find good quality places these days, but I would say they have that factor.
