These guys are awesome! My family was driving cross country and experienced a failed injector just 45 minutes into our trip. I had my truck towed into their shop and it was quickly repaired getting us back on the road making it down to Florida! Thank you Sam, Trevor, and Southend Auto Care!

Sam and Mark at Southend Auto Care were able to get my car into the shop in less than 24 hours for a diagnosis of my engine light. They were very helpful in finding what the issue with my car was and were able to get it fixed the next day! Drop off and pick up of my car was very easy and smooth! Southend Auto has been taking care of my 04 Prius, and they do an excellent job! Mark and his team truly go the extra mile for their customers even replacing the battery in the key fob. They are professional, thorough, and really take the time to make sure everything is in top shape. They have excellent communication regarding the work on my car. I highly recommend them.

I definitely would give this business 10 stars if I could, we have not had air conditioning since last year and had recently had started a few bids and then I called SOUTHEND AUTO CARE in Federal Way and not only was their bid less than any other, he said I can have it fixed by tomorrow parts and everything, wow was I impressed, we had gone in an Uber, but a real nice gentleman gave my daughter and I a ride home, they were so friendly and efficient, I couldn't believe that we did not know of them sooner, but we certainly be returning with any of our future auto needs. Now they are having a referral program that every time we send them a new customer they will us both a credit of $20, but please let them know that we referred you, you will not be sorry, they were all top notch and you don't find that very often,
