We brought our 2006 Scion (240,000 miles) in because of a noise in the front drive train. Southend Auto Care not only found the source of the noise but also did a full diagnostic on the engine and Peace Of Mind (60 point) inspection -and flushed our break fluid. We were out the door without spending a lot of money. And, they found the frontend noise and fixed it. We had heard very good things from several sources and were rewarded by word of mouth information. We are very happy with our experience with Southend Auto Care The Scion is still on the road.

This shop is absolutely amazing! They were all extremely professional and courteous and very helpful with my rather unique import vehicle. They went above and beyond for me, and I heard them doing the same for other customers as I was waiting for my ride. I'd recommend them for anyone.

I rarely give a “Five Star” review of any business, as I believe excellent service should be the rule, rather than the exception. However, our experience with Southend’s recent repairs to our Ford Escape Hybrid deserves special recognition. In nearly 60 years of owning and operating vehicles, i have never felt more comfortable with the professionalism exhibited by everyone I dealt with in the course of the repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Southend for competent auto care and courtesy in handling customer service. It almost feels like being treated as “family.”

I have an electric vehicle that I had trouble finding repair services for. They got me in quick, diagnosed my problem right away, repaired it the following day, and did it for less than even they anticipated. I’ll be a client for life.

My 2004 Ford pick up was recently stolen and dropped at southend auto as they stole another vehicle from their lot. I received a call from the owner Mark telling me they had recovered my vehicle. He was so accommodating and professional when he could have easily been bitter and annoyed by his own problem. Instead he treated me fairly, was able to repair my vehicle before the weekend and get me back on the road. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at any auto shop, dealership or any business for that matter. I would highly highly recommend this business to anyone
