On a recent cross country trip by myself, I started having car issues. As soon as I walked into Southend Auto Care, I knew I had come to the right place. Sam went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed as quickly as possible and took very good care of me while I waited. He made me coffee and made sure I was ok during the entire time I was there. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and treated me like we were lifelong friends. Being a woman, traveling on my own, I felt very safe while I waited. They even checked other things on my car to make sure everything was good and I wouldn't have any more problems on my way back to Arkansas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who has any car needs.

Southend Auto has been servicing my car and the cars of my family members for a number of years. Car issues are never fun, but having Southend Auto as my 'go to' has been the best thing ever. Great customer service and quality work. Loaner cars are also an option while the repair is being completed. I'm more than appreciative of the great service Southend Auto continues to provide.

Changed my coils and spark plugs on my infiniti G35 and Sam was very communicative, and explained all my options and also found the best deal for me. Also very time efficient and the technician did an excellent job with installing the new parts. Great crew, will definitely be coming back here!

It's hard to find a good mechanic. Even harder to find a great shop that's welcoming and professional. This was my first time going and I'll definitely go back. I needed a brake job on my Jeep Wrangler. Was making some noise, not sure what. Made an appointment on line. Was easy. Was surprised when I got a phone call from Mark, the owner, before my appointment. He was calling to talk about my brakes. Really cool. I felt that level of attention throughout the whole process. Dropped off my Jeep. They figured out what I needed and called me. Then did the work. There were some things that DIDN'T need to be done. Never had that before. Everywhere else always wants to replace EVERYTHING. Brakes are great and I'm happy. They checked with me a few days later to make sure everything was good.

I recently bought a 2003 Acura, and the engine was clattering a little. So I took it to Southend. I also asked them if it needed a timing belt. Since it was a new car to me, I was glad to get the "Peace of Mind" inspection that Southend provided as part of their regular services. They fixed the engine clatter (adjusted valve lash), and guess what else Sam said it needed? A brake fluid flush and refresh. Nothing else! They could have told me it needed the timing belt. They could have found any number of things that I "Needed." But no, they were super honest, just as they were with a repair on my wife's car last week. I will be using this shop every time. You should use them too!
