Just bought a used 2012 Ford F150 and found an oil leak. So Southend Auto Care was recommended to me. Brought my truck in and they even helped look over my warranty that I had got. I never had to deal with the warranty company because Southend Auto Care took care of all that for me. Once the warranty company approved the work they got to work on my truck and got it done pretty fast. They did a great job and I'm definitely coming back to these guys for any future work I need done

So friendly, so helpful, great prices. I paid $900 at another service center, they only charged $400 at Southend. They have a free shuttle service, and were willing to pick me up from my home and take me to work! This is the lost art of Customer Service!

They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They make me feel very comfortable. Their Lobby is very clean. A loaner car is available if needed or they have their shuttles and that's also very helpful. I have been going there for at least 10 plus years. I love taking the car into Southend. I always know that they’re quoting me a fair price, they are willing to explain things that I agency questions on, and they’re kind. It’s a bit out of my way to take the car in, but it’s worth the trip to know I’ll be respected and treated fairly there. Highly recommend bringing your car in!

Southend Auto was able to procure a replacement Alternator, and had my vehicle back on the road within 7 days. Dealership would have completed project in three weeks.
