I come here for all my automotive needs. The guys here are very friendly and professional and either give me a loaner car or a ride to work every time I'm getting work done.

We took our car back to address a warranty issue. The timing belt was making a noise. They were courteous, and promptly fixed the issue and honored their warranty. I recommend this place to anyone.

Got oil changed for both my cars. One needed cleaning of rear brakes and replacement of oil filter. The other one didn't need anything else this time. In both cases, I was advised of services that will eventually be needed. This is where they add the most value, as I wish to hold on to these cars as long as possible.

We have always enjoyed our experience there, We came in today At the last minute with a dead battery, we were taken care of in less than 45 minutes and on our way, great service as usual ?

We took our 300,000 mile-old Toyota "Beater" for an oil change and given a thumbs up. Our S80 Volvo needed an oil change but we were cautioned on the condition of our coolant, which was aged and gelling. Shoutout to Sam and everyone else here at Southend who helped fix the fuel pump on my car. Called the night my car stopped working and Sam said to bring it in the next day even though I didn't have an appointment which was great as I have to use my car throughout the day for work and they got it fixed by the next day. Super fast and really good service which in my experience is hard to come by. I felt like I could trust Sam and the business to not screw me over. Definitely feel confident to come back here again in the future if/when my car has a problem.
