Finding a mechanic you can trust can be hard. Finding one that can also take care of imported cars is even harder. We are so glad we found Southend! They took good care of our car and us including providing a shuttle and keeping us informed each step of the way as they worked on our car. Took my Porsche Cayenne in for new front brake rotors, pads and sensors. My appointment was for 10AM on Friday morning. I arrived and they were ready for me. Everything went as planned. No problems and out on time. I appreciate their work ethic.

We took our SUV in for it's oil change and lube. While it was in the shop, they found that one of the belts was cracking and slipping slightly..They did not pressure us to have the belt fixed right away, and we greatly appreciated their candor. We did end up having them replace the belt, as it would save us money in the long run. They returned out car clean and ready with in the estimated completed time.

Been bringing my vehicles for maintenance for 10+ years. Despite moving a distance away, I still bring my cars to this shop. One of the cars still runs at 265K miles and I give them credit for that. Efficient turnaround times, their rates seem fair and I trust their recommendations on next steps. I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Southend Auto Care is 1st and foremost very friendly and professional. Then comes their workmanship. Their workmanship is really good. They do exactly what you schedule to see them for and never suggest fixing anything else (like some shops sometimes does - basically gouging me for more money for a problem that does exist). They've only recommended services that they see really needs to be done if need be or scheduled services based on vehicle make and model & mileage. Long story short, If you want to feel comfortable going in and coming out doing business and feeling totally comfortable about having a great outcome then go to Southend Aotu Care. They are the best. I guarantee it.
