I never feel like I'm being hustled for more money, and I don't feel like they are patronizing me when they discuss what needs to be done to repair my car. I've always been treated with respect and they explain what needs to be done for safety purposes and what can wait until later if necessary.

I trust Southend Auto Care...and that’s saying a lo when it comes to servicing your car!! I had to reschedule my oil change at the last minute, and they fit me back in the same day, with a smile and excellent service, as usual!! LOVE this place, and love not having the stress of wondering if you are being screwed over by your mechanic!

Just over a year ago my boss had asked me to find a reliable shop to bring our fleet vehicles to because every time we took our vehicles to a shop we were looking at a couple thousand dollars to repair plus alerted of at least another thousand dollars in up sales. These guys at Southend Auto Care are quick and do a thorough job. It's been over a year now that I have been bringing our vehicles to these guys now and my boss is satisfied.

The folks at South End Auto Care are absolutely fantastic. They truly care about what they do. Their commitment to their customers and level of service is par none. They are always willing to take time to explain things and make sure you understand exactly what is going on. They never over charge and they always over deliver. I have been completely happy with the work they have done and to top it off they always follow up to make sure everything is still going well. South End Auto Care is the only place I take my vehicles.

I've been a customer at Southend for about 5 years now. I've had 4 different vehicles worked on and spent a good 5k+ there. I've had them have to honor their warranty. I've had them find things I never suspected and I've had them inspect a vehicle and not find anything wrong when there wasn't anything wrong even though I told them that someone else was likely picking up the bill. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They act with integrity whether it earns them money right now or not. They honor their warranty. They remember your name. They are consistently the best shop I have ever taken my vehicles to.
