TRUST! - often not easy to find in the auto repair process; I am older & now have to rely of others to do what I was once able to do mySelf. From the moment I spoke on the phone - till the moment I drove off the lot - I knew what they found & thier recommendations were clear. Thier prices are very fair (it just costs more now that I can't do it myself & import costs on parts are passed on to shops) - they didn't even charge for the extra questions (grin). I'm going to trust them w/ all my vehicles from now on - I think u can too.

I had an excellent experience at Southend Auto Care! From start to finish, the service was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. I had some concerns about my battery—AutoZone had checked it and said it was fine, but the team at Southend explained in detail why the battery didn’t check properly: the car was cold when it was tested. Their expertise and clear explanation put me at ease. I also greatly appreciated their shuttle service, which made the whole process so convenient. To top it off, the owner personally texted me three days after my visit to make sure everything was running smoothly. That level of care and follow-up is rare and really sets them apart. We are behind happy with the quality and price of this place! Friendly staff with a loaner car available. The quote was less than half of the local competition and the price that we were quoted is the price we paid! We had some major maintenance including timing belt, water pump, transmission service. Now the car is running like new!!! Would continue to take our vehicles to this place for all out mechanical need! They are outstanding!!!

Brought my car in for a diagnostic service. Was treating kindly and professionally from start to finish. They told me exactly what I needed to fix and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need or want. Excellent team of professionals that I would highly recommend. I had a long-standing noise emanating from the engine compartment of my Porsche 911. I thought it had been addressed but came back. Sounded like I was dragging a line of tin cans. Porsche should never sound like that! Anyway, the specialist quickly determined the source and the fix without having to replace a very expensive part. (All Porsche parts are expensive.) A small welding fixed it. Also had filters replaced with an oil change as long as it was up on the lift. Porsche parts were very close at hand. Job complete in just over a couple of hours. She purrs again! VERY happy!😆

These guys are great! They let me know ASAP what was wrong with the car and the cost. The car was ready ON TIME… problem solved. They even followed up a couple of days later asking if there was any problems, if I was satisfied with their work! I WAS! Professional, efficient - I would recommend them EVERYTIME!
