We always have a good experience with Southend Auto. Their prices are fair, they are honest and trustworthy and the service is always fast and friendly. We've never had a problem with our vehicles when they are repaired and serviced by this business.

Great availability setup, communication & pre-service estimate. Window regulator P & L covered under 2 year guarantee. No issue was found at time of service, however 2 days later, issue has reoccured... plan on returning to demonstrate & setup repair.

I had my BMW serviced for years at the dealership and became less and less confident in what was best for me and the time it took to both get service scheduled and their prices. In talking with Mike, setting my appointment up, getting a loaner, getting the car back in a timely manner and the cost being what was quoted was refreshing. Mike is great at what he does and looks like your mechanics are also from what I had done. I appreciate the full report for future coming things that I need to schedule to stay on top on everything.
