We always have a good experience at Southend Auto. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They are excellent about keeping you informed as to what is being done on your vehicle. We've never had a problem after they have worked on our cars. I would highly recommend this business for their honesty and integrity.

In the hour I waited for my Toyota to be serviced, I enjoyed a conversation with Marty and Mike, who are very personable front desk personnel. Before I left, I had a chance to exchange a few words with Mark, the owner of the South End shop; he is a very kind man and has a few singing mechanics around at holiday time.
