Jim said the staff at this business do great work. He appreciates everything and they treat him very well. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem completely but he knows for a fact they did their best trying to resolve the issue. He was told to bring his vehicle back at anytime and they will attempt to correct anything that is necessary.

I was referred to Southend Auto Care by a friend from church. My car failed it's initial emissions test with 3 error codes. They replaced my O2 sensor (the lesser of the 3 codes) so I could get an emissions waiver in order to get my tabs. The other 2 codes refer to the CAT, however instead of suggesting I just go ahead & replace it, they gave me other less expensive options to diagnose & determine the true problem. They were very friendly & professional. I felt like I was being taken care of, instead of being taken advantage of because I'm a girl. I would definitely take my car there again.

Southend Auto Care was recommended to me as a shop that was wonderful to work with and would be fairly priced. I brought in our Nissan Murano to have some maintenance work done with the spark plugs, boots, gaskets etc and so far my vehicle is performing well. Throughout my experience i have never felt they were trying to sell me anything and Mike was extremely easy to talk to throughout the process. I love the fact that the shop provides a shuttle or a loaner, a big plus for our family since we only have one vehicle. At the end of the repair Mike showed me the old parts they took off of my vehicle and thoroughly explained the current condition they were in, giving me peace of mind. If your looking for quality work at a good price give Southend Auto Care a try. Southend auto will be my go to shop for all my auto care needs, yes we have to drive a few miles but it's worth it to me if in the end your are well taken care of. Finally like others here, my repair was followed up by a call to see how things were running. Thank you Southend auto!

I don't normally write reviews but I had to write one about my experience with South End Auto. We brought our 2010 Ford Focus in to have the rear brakes done. I was completely floored when Mike came back and told us we didn't need brakes, that they had 30-40% left on them! Still cannot believe that they were honest with us about the condition of the brakes. A rare find these days. They have made a customer for life! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. If you want throrough service with an honest assessment, these are the guys to go to!

Southend Auto has been my service garage for 25 years. Several of my Toyotas have been kept running in top performance through their maintenance servicing.
