As my title says: the work was done quickly, the estimate was right on, and I got my car back when promised. I also appreciated the loaner car as I only have one and didn't want to wait in the office. Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful. You are now my auto shop.

Efficient and trustworthy and excellent work. They wrote and estimate and stayed within that. They did exactly what they said and kept in communication with us. I would highly recommend them as well as the body shop next door with Brandon. Thanks John and Mark for the great work!

Outstanding repair shop. I don't know what to say but they fixed my brakes and delivered it as promised. Just a comment on the loaner, I don't feel safe with the loaner car. I am just waiting if when is the car will die while driving it. The radio is not so pleasing to the ears. Besides that the shop is very good!

Straight up service with high quality standards. For peace of mind, go to Southend auto. Because of price, in particular the fact I was charged an hour of labor, $105.00 for an inspection that I had already performed and removed trunk lining and interior panels (which I re-installed) for a severed tail light wire. I told John all this prior to any service. I told him the fuse was good. I told him there was no power to the sockets, and that I suspected a severed wire at the trunk hinge, which according to 5 mins of research on google, is a common problem on many toyota sedan models, I told him I inspected the wire but didnt fully unwrap the harness and inspect, I felt that part should be left to a professional like Jorge. Jorge did a good job, I can see it was done right. But I paid $100 for an inspection i didnt need, $5 on an extended warranty for light bulbs I didnt ask for that also cost $5. Southend Auto milked an extra $100 out of me when they could have maintained an acceptable profit margin by just doing the work I needed done. Unfortunately that $100 lost them a potential return customer as a straight up mechanic is hard to find and resulted in this negative review and a negative google review. Hopefully that $100 bucks got your sales manager over the mark for bonus this week!!

My '95 Firebird Formula has been sitting for two years. I needed a windshield, a mirror, the heater fixed, the after-market security system removed, and both window mechanisms fixed. I towed it over to be safe. They replaced the battery, fixed a differential leak, replaced the flasher unit, flushed the cooling system, and the brake lines, and changed the oil. They got me a great price on the windshield and mirror, fixed the passenger window mechanism, and removed the annoying alarm system.. The driver's side needs more parts and we're struggling to find them. I have some heat, but it remains a work in progress. I would have preferred they had called more often with updates; they had the car for three weeks. I called weekly. The driver's side door doesn't close quite right now and the low coolant light is stuck on despite having plenty of coolant. So far, I've spent $3300 getting it back on the road. They explained well, but I am auto repair literate sympathetic to the challenges of getting my car repaired. Everyone there is courteous and professional and I could tell my car was in qualified hands. It is an excellent, professional, well run-shop.
