I want to just say that the customer service I received from both the owner Mark and employee Sam were wonderful. I scheduled an oil change appt on there web site and followed up with a phone call. Once I talked to Mark he pulled up my scheduled appt and asked of I could change times because he was short handed. Long story short he made a way for me to keep my scheduled appt. Once I took my car in for service I met Sam. I asked questions about what services were going to be done and he explained in great details exactly what would be done. He has great customer service skills. He had phone call after phone call but handled talking to me as well answering all the phone calls with great professionalism. If you're looking for great service as well as great customer service skills I would highly recommend Southend Auto Care.
