Mark and Sam & the others have always very helpful, thorough, and do excellent work. I was concerned about even having routine work done during these uncertain times. I was please to see all the different option available to their customers to help with keeping contact down, as well as, their steps to insure the environment was sanitized. I had to change repair companies due to the shutdown, so I signed up for an oil service with Southend Auto Care after reviewing local places on Yelp. They were quick, professional, and friendly and I am thrilled that I found a new local company to bring my car to in the future.

Great place to have your car serviced.

I called minutes after they opened on a Monday & was told "Bring it in!" A scant few hours later the problem was identified and resolved. Also had the A/C serviced...it hadn't worked in the two years I'd had the vehicle. Works now! They even kept it an extra night to ensure the system held to avoid a return trip if the worst occurred. Top notch service.

This was my first visit to Southend Auto Care. I took my car in for an oil service. From making the appointment online to driving away after the service, the staff was communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable as you wait for your repair and they thoroughly explain the repairs and services that they recommend and complete. Thank you!

My check light engine came on and also had issues with my brake lights on my Chevy Traverse. Not only were they able to get my auto warranty company to cover both but they even got them to extend the car loaner because shipment was taking so long with COVID. Once the shipment came in I had my car done the very next day. They were extremely fast. I highly recommend Southend Auto Care!!

Mark and Sam have consistently offered professional service with a personal touch. They make the effort to get know you, and treat you like family. If I had to use just one word to describe Southend Auto Care, it would be "trust".
