Always a pleasure to visit a place who will perform necessary repairs and maintenance to a high standard without pushing unnecessary crap. Took in my high mileage but good shape toyota for burning oil smell, South End correctly diagnosed leaking valve covers, modest price repair (~3 hrs labor) Gave a solid assessment of additional needed maintenance, we performed some items and made a calendar for the rest. Example - “power steering fluid was really rough and I’d like to do it again next service. coolant looks great, you’d be wasting your money at this point to change it. “ There is a huge need for private garages for vehicles over 5 years old , between the huge price premium of a dealer and the low quality shops and scary quick lube places. south end is not the very cheapest shop in town. they’re the most honest. that, as the saying goes, is priceless.

Southend Auto Care is an excellent service provider. I have always had wonderful service here dealing with both Mark and Sam. My 1988 Chevy Suburban seems to always need the parts which are not readily available, BUT on this and other occasions Sam finds the parts needed to complete the service required. Mark, owner, has a strong reputation for customer first and he has always lived by that feeling on every vehicle I bring to him. Sam went over and beyond on finding a window regulator for my Suburban and his efforts are deeply appreciated. Thank you to both Mark and Sam! SEE YOU AGAIN VERY SOON.....

As a widow with a minimum knowledge of auto maintenance I rely on Southend Auto Care to routinely take care of my car. They have not disappointed. I feel confident that my car is in good hands and well maintained whenever I take it to the experts at Southend Auto Care. They explain any needs that should be currently addressed and any future maintenance that may need to done in the coming year or so.

From the first phone call with Mark, to my interactions with Sam at the shop, I felt like they listened to my issues, thoroughly tested and actually fixed the problem! I had gone to a dealership previously for repairs and I'll just say I'm never going back after they tried to steal my money for repairs that I didn't need. Southend Auto fixed the problem and saved me $$$!

After two very disappointing visits to the Fife Porsche Dealership, I found this business via an internet search for "highest rated auto repair shops near me". After calling, to arrange a time to come by for the repair on my Cayenne, I now see why they are highly rated. Sam kept me informed as he tried to find a reasonable price for "one-time" use bolts. He ended up registering with Porsche so he could get them at a price we could both live with. Once found, he gave me a time to come by and arranged for James to work on my vehicle because he also owned a Cayenne. I spent the few hours while my drive shaft was replaced watching James work and enjoying the free coffee. The shop is clean and all of the personnel are professional. I moved to Federal Way from Oklahoma, and it is nice to have found a shop with such good values. - I will be back.

Just bought a used 2012 Ford F150 and found an oil leak. So Southend Auto Care was recommended to me. Brought my truck in and they even helped look over my warranty that I had got. I never had to deal with the warranty company because Southend Auto Care took care of all that for me. Once the warranty company approved the work they got to work on my truck and got it done pretty fast. They did a great job and I'm definitely coming back to these guys for any future work I need done

So friendly, so helpful, great prices. I paid $900 at another service center, they only charged $400 at Southend. They have a free shuttle service, and were willing to pick me up from my home and take me to work! This is the lost art of Customer Service!
