I purchased a used Jeep and needed to be sure there weren't any hidden issues. I got in touch with Southend because of the 5 star ratings. I was not disappointed! They were able to get me in on the day I called and provided me with a service loaner so I didn't have to miss work. They went above and beyond checking every last thing and didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need. What a refreshing change from previous shops. Such a great place to do business.
