My vehicle kept breaking down every 3-4000 miles, the dealership we bought it from couldn't fix it so for 3 years we just dealt with it taking it in repeatedly for repair. It finally broke to the point we just gave up and it sat for a year and a half. We took it to Southend and they were able to fix it at an affordable rate and it has continued driving for over a year without issue. I will only use SouthEnd now.

Car suddenly croaked but was able to limp in ... they had it fixed and running well within 36 hours - had it back the following afternoon. Fortunately, it was an easy fix. They have kept in top shape for nearly 13 years now. Highly recommend. Always treated well.

Southend was amazing. Sam, the owner, was so personable, professional, and gave us accurate times and estimates. I felt like my car was in good and VERY experienced hands. 10/10 would recommend!!

I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!! Quite literally the EASIEST people I've ever dealt with regarding repairs on my car! They are fantastic! Professional, friendly, gave me an accurate quote on the work they did on my car. They even suggested an oil change, which I was over due for lol! They loaned me a car while they worked on mine. THIS WAS HUGE!!!! It took all the stress of waiting for my car to be done, out of the situation. I'm extremely happy!
