I will forever bring my vehicles here! Karl worked on my car, he communicated what exactly needed to be done and what could wait. He is a shining example of what a mechanic should be, honest, great attention to detail, listened to what our issues were and even made sure we got a loaner car because we had to leave the car there for a week. Everyone I dealt with there was polite and super easy to work with. Been I long time since I didn't feel ripped off when taking my car to a mechanic. Not only was it a great experience, but I received a hand written thank you card from Mark about a week after picking up our car. It was great to get something other than bills on the mail..Great job guys!!

My wife took her car to Mark many years ago. She was treated with respect and honesty. No one ever tried to sell repair work unless it was necessary. Since then my wife and I have taken all of our cars to Southend Auto Care. We have an ongoing maintenance plan for our current car keeping it in top condition. I am often pleasantly surprised at how the repair technicians do a little bit extra. They might have vacuumed the carpets or sometimes after bigger jobs they have washed my car. When work is done, I am confident that it is done correctly and for a reasonable price. After repairs I receive a phone call from Mark to make sure the car is working properly. I wish that all of the businesses that provide services to me would conduct themselves as well as Southend Auto. I highly recommend Southend Auto Care.

My experiences at Southend Auto Care are always great--I've been going to them since 2005. Excellent records are kept on my car, and the customer service is unbeatable. I have absolute confidence that these folks will do a good job. They even wash and vacuum my car! I'd recommend them very highly!

I drive a 16 year old Saturn w/180,000+ miles on it and since I found Southend Auto Care, I am much more assured that my vehicle is in good hands and the mechanics know their stuff! I have tried to take good care of my car and with Southend, I feel confident that they are not trying to take advantage of me but are sincerely interested in keeping my Saturn and myself on the road!
