As in previous visits--I have been a Southend customer for decades--I received prompt service and experienced total satisfaction with work performed. Other customers I spoke with felt Mark's auto shop is the best. Mike, very personable and responsive to requests or questions, will do everything to see a customer is well taken care of.

Steve said he had a concern with this business during this visit. He had a 10am appointment for a 2-hour visit. It turned out to be a 5-hour appointment when he was not seen until noon. He has recommended them and will share his concerns. He has been doing business with them for a lot of years and does appreciate them.
