I always find it very assuring when I pick up my vehicle, the total work is always explained and the nature of the work detailed. I enjoy knowing the work process and especially knowing the procedures followed to complete the work. Since I can not perform the needed work, knowing the procedures followed explains to me the work performed. I enjoy this aspect of Southend Auto Care.
