They did a great job of not only fixing my car, but informing me all along the way of what they discovered. On top of it all, they did the greatest job of getting my car back to me within the week I dropped it off. They discovered they needed a part and even picked it up on their way home from work so it would be there and ready to put in the next day. I also love the fact that they have loaner cars available for me to use and I don't have to go somewhere else and pay more money so I can still get to and from work.

Always a great experience working with southend!

The guys at Southend Auto Care were great. I had my car towed here when it died on the freeway. They gave me a loaner car for a few days while they did inspections and, once they were pretty confident that the engine was shot, they told me not to bother with more testing and saved me several hundred dollars in labor. They were up front and honest about everything and extremely understanding and helpful. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience under the circumstances.

I was taking my BMW at the dealer all the time but there prices were going out of whack so I found out about Southend auto and so far so good,their work has been great and prices reasonable.

Service was excellent. My car was repaired in adequate time and courtesy shuttle service was provide to and from home. Highly recommend.

If you ever want to do business with a shop that has the highest integrity and honesty, who stands behind the work, or in front if it, you need not look any further. Mark the owner and the crew are very professional and charge a fair price for their service.

My Toyota Avalon has been running without egine mishaps for 23 years thanks to Southend's regular maintenance treatments and check-ups. Mark says I should have many more years of use from this deluxe "beater" because Toyota built a sturdy Avalon model in the early 1990s. --David Gilmour
