Today I took my '09 Subaru to Southend for routine maintenance. I mistakenly came in an hour late because I hadn't paid attention to the time of the appointment. The crew was so gracious about it and went ahead and serviced my car in spite of my inconveniencing them. That's encouraging to an absent-minded customer like me. I have always had good and friendly service there. Last fall the guys at Southend did a brake job on my rear brakes. Recently I had to avoid an accident on I-5 when a car veered into my lane right next to me. I was amazed at how firmly the brakes held and probably prevented a multi-car collision. I remembered Southend Auto Care at that moment and I was so thankful they had suggested the brake job and the good job they did. I feel I can trust Southend to keep my Subaru in top shape for years to come. Thank you, Southend!
Terry said he went to the business for service and to have his air conditioning fixed. However when he left he noticed the air conditioning still wasn't working. When needed more work done he went back and told them to work on the air conditioning as well. However, they missed the air conditioning that time as well and a third time he returned with the same result.
