I finally feel like I have found my forever mechanics! They never make me feel like I'm being taking advantage of (as a petite younger looking women, it is a common occurrence). They give honest incite, explain everything, work with my budget, and even give me advice and referrals to places they trust when I need other things taken care of for my car. They've even been known to throw in things, like steam cleaning my oily engine, for free during my service. So happy to have stumbled upon them and as long as I'm anywhere near this part of Washington, they will be my go to. I also refer anyone looking to them!

When my 1998 Ford F-150 (mileage - 413,000 miles) finally reach its time to replace the engine, I did not hesitate to contact Southend Auto Care. I initially made contact with Caleb who guided me through the process, acquisition and engine replacement for my aging truck. Throughout the weeks ahead, my contact was switched to Sam who was as equally competent and professional as Caleb. Fast forward to present, my green machine has been given a new life and power! The works were excellent and beyond reproach. I was never left out of steps on repairs and final costs. Huge KUDOS to Trevor, the GOAT techinician who's magic touch made my green baby up and running very smoothly once more! I rarely gave a review but this shop deserve a 5 star review. Not only Southend Auto care gave me a peace of mind finding where the noise is actually coming from which I had thought is from the blower motor but turns out a clogged cabin air filter. Also replaced old Transmission fluid, and replaced the old spark plugs, and did a full inspection of the vehicle and diagnostic. Last oil change and filter. now The ND1 Miata runs smoothly and sharp. Thank you so much G’s for servicing My ND1 Miata and I will be back for more future service.

Needed a spark plug/helicoil repair, new coil, and some recommended maintenance. Sam at Southend Auto got me on the road in a day and a half. Quick turnaround, clean facility, very professional staff. Would recommend this shop for auto repairs.
