    Southend Auto Care's 24 months or 24,000 miles warranty on repairs is for real -- and I'm really impressed. I brought my VUE in to Southend Auto Care to have the timing belt replaced last year (2017) and noticed an oil leak this summer (2018). The gasket had failed which caused the oil leak. I never thought about the warranty on a repair before, and I assumed every shop was at most 90 days. Wrong! Southend's warranty is 24 months or 24,000 miles and they mean it! They replaced the gasket at no charge -- a year later and without question. Parts can fail and to know a business will stand behind their repair -- parts and labor for 24 months/24,000 miles is an incredible value, especially for expensive repairs. They've earned my trust and my business -- and it doesn't hurt that they're nice guys too.

    Great costumer service, and very honest . They fixed my brother's van and they did a great job . Very knowledgeable and always have had a great attitude. Would not trust any other auto shop with our vehicles . The ABSOLUTE BEST , they are honest and reliable . As we took my husband's truck in and we actually received a reliable honest inspection , instead of the bogus inspection from a different auto shop. Suggesting thousands of dollars worth of work .

    Soundend Auto is the best! They're always able to fit me in and always take great care of my car. They take the time to explain what should be done on my car and follow up to make sure everything is working as it should. They also have a great candy bowl :) I can't imagine going anywhere else!
