When my car started overheating I was nervous to take it to a new shop in a completely different state. South end auto care helped ease my worries. I ended up having to get my cooling system replaced which is a difficult task in a bmw. When I picked up my car they even showed me the piece that broke and we’re super transparent about the Whole process. I had amazing service and the got my car back to me super quickly, and have now found my mechanic of choice! I’ll be coming back for all my car needs. I can’t thank the guys enough.

WOW! Honest, does not take advantage of their customers and beyond knowledgeable. BMW dealership told me I had a $2,000 leak, Southend's cost was $700 to fix the exact same leak. Turns out after they inspected my car there wasn't a leak and charged me $0. Highly recommend!

NUMBER 1!!!! What an amazing group of people period .. So i own a Chrysler 300 and my transmission went out due to some electrical components. So i brought it here to have looked at . And they took care of me .first SAM IN THE FRONT!! AWESOME PERSON MADE SURE I HAD A RIDE HOME ME AND MY LIL GIRL . but the driver of the shuttle no ? Is AWESOME TO KALAIB . He dropped us off at home and when my car was ready southend auto pick us up .. THE GAVE ME A REASONABLE PRICE . South End found the ghost in my machine! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We’ve had an electrical gremlin haunting our Honda Pilot for years. It finally got bad enough to where it was tripping the anti-theft system, rendering the car undriveable. We were starting to think we’d be forced to shop for a new car when it’s a LOUSY time to be shopping for cars. Thankfully, South End came through by finding the short in the wiring that had evaded us for years. Such relief! If you’re looking for a good, honest ship, this is the one.
