Extraordinary experience! Southend Auto Care will be my go-to for repairs that I can't do myself. They repaired our front suspension under what was quoted. They don't mark up prices on parts and don't do any work that they don't think you need. We had arranged financing, and when the finance company tried to change the interest rate, Sam stepped in and made it right. A few days after the repair, the owner, Mark, called to make sure we were satisfied with the work. This place is a class act! There aren't many auto repair places like this. You owe it to yourself to see them first when you need auto repairs.

5 stars is legit. From the first call I could tell I was recommended to the right place. Sam & Mark were interested in my issues with my Ridgeline and were easy to talk to. I dropped my truck off the night before and they got to work on it by noon as promised. Not long after that we had a very specific conversation where expectations were set. I agreed to three main items to be addressed. I was also given a verbal estimate over the phone and one via email. You never know who to trust when it comes to your car. So as previously explained the services were done. I went and picked up the car up and paid with multiple credit cards. I'm very pleased with how it came out. My truck has been brought back to life, shifting great, running, smooth and braking like new. They followed up with me a day or two later via text and over the phone and I was able to express my appreciation. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I'm very relieved. I called and came in last minute because both of my headlights went out on my car. Of course my dodge had special headlights that couldn’t just be replaced and my whole bumper had to come off. Even with the extra work they helped me get up in running in about an hour. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

This place rocks. I’ve been taking my 2011 Toyota Sienna here for a couple of years, but have also brought my car to the local chain mechanic business for cheap basic oil changes. The difference in service is mind blowing. The big national chain spends the day taking pictures of your aging cars’ undercarriage, mapping out any residual fluid as a badly needed repair spots. During my last oil change I was quoted considerably more than my little Toyota is worth to fix ten different “issues.” One was brake wear, and needing new front brakes, which was valid. Many of which were associated with leaking oil, which I had seen no evidence of in my driveway and a myriad of other cv joint, differential, suspension related normal wear and tear. For peace of mind I brought it to Southend Auto just for an inspection and to properly address the oil issue. They were able to identify that it was a faulty tapered drain plug that was no longer keeping the oil properly in the pan, they re-threaded the drain mast, and put a factory plug in to solve the problem. They also agreed that the brakes were in need of changing. Everything else was great according to them. No other issues. To have mechanics that you can trust to properly diagnose issues that NEED to be fixed instead of finding issues that they COULD fix is not something to take for granted. I had a fantastic experience here. My truck would not start and I had it towed into the shop. I spoke with Mark on the phone who was accommodating, friendly, and attentive. Once arrived, Sam assisted me throughout the day with a positive, professional and friendly attitude. The team provided a shuttle which I was able to utilise and get a workout in at my gym while the truck was being fixed. I am so fortunate to have found this shop since I am not from the area. Highly recommend!
