The plastic that was covering the underside of my car had come apart while I was on the freeway and it freaked me out, luckily I found South End near by and they fixed it for me quickly til I could get the replacement part and had no issues. By the time I had my appointment they had to reschedule because they were short staffed, which I totally understood and didn't think it was a big deal coz they did a quick fix on it before. I had to come in the next week for a different problem on my car and were able to fix it for me. When I got it back I noticed it was a bit wobbly when I would drive it on the freeway and the owner texted me a few days later and said they can take a look at it. Besides it being a little pricey, I had no issues with SouthEnd. The guy Sam who helped me was super nice and I appreciated him helping me when I was in a bind.Their office was also very clean, welcoming and I didnt feel intimidated.
