    I don't normally write reviews but I had to write one about my experience with South End Auto. We brought our 2010 Ford Focus in to have the rear brakes done. I was completely floored when Mike came back and told us we didn't need brakes, that they had 30-40% left on them! Still cannot believe that they were honest with us about the condition of the brakes. A rare find these days. They have made a customer for life! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. If you want throrough service with an honest assessment, these are the guys to go to!

    I PURCHASED a Southend Auto Care Coupon through Angies' List. However, Southend did not honor/recognize the PAID coupon; Southend charged me a 2nd time for the same service.

    upon reading reviews on different sites I decided to give Southend a try & repair my Cadillac Escalade. it wasn't a easy choice cause it's a Caddy but the reviews put me at ease. Mark & Mike kept me up to date & even made a few recommendations on other repairs that was needed. 3 business days later i got my Caddy back all washed & ready to go. 1 week later im HAPPY to report my ride feels like it's brand new again.     I've been meaning to write a review for some time, as this place is amazing, and I am very pleased I stumbled upon it. Not only were they able to schedule me in as an emergency service the Monday after the fourth of July weekend, but they were very accomodating in providing a courtesy vehicle. Their prices for diagnostics, parts and service were quite reasonable, I would have paid much more had I taken my Yaris to a dealer. Although they did not have the timing belt that was needed, they were able to order the part and replace it within 24-hours. They were kind enough to allow me to keep the courtesy vehicle overnight, and were accomodating of my strange schedule, allowing me to pick up my Yaris after hours. In addition to their already exceptional servcustomers called me two weeks later to follow up and make sure that my car was running well and that I had no further issues. Just this afternoon I received a thank you not and gift card to Starbucks as an appreciation for being a customer. There are not many other automotive businesses that care this much about providing high quality, fair and affordable services, and treat the customers with the care that ensures customer satisfaction and retention. My husband and I will definitely be returning to Southend in the future, and highly recommend others to do so.
